Before purchasing and installing a fuel injection throttle body, make sure it is the correct fit for your vehicle
- Use approved fuel for your vehicle
- Change fuel filter at required intervals
- Change air filter at required intervals
- Regularly inspect fuel injection throttle bodies for signs of damage or wear and replace them if signs of damage are found
Signs of wear for fuel injection throttle bodies include but are not limited to:
- Poor engine performance
- Increased fuel consumption
- Throttle butterfly plate sticking
