GM Genuine Parts Wheel Caps are designed, engineered, and tested to rigorous standards, and are backed by General Motors. These Wheel Caps help protect your vehicle's wheel hub, cv shaft (if equipped), and wheel fasteners from dust and moisture. GM Genuine Parts are the true OE parts installed during the production of or validated by General Motors for GM vehicles. Some GM Genuine Parts may have formerly appeared as ACDelco GM Original Equipment (OE).

Yes. Always consult the Vehicle Owner’s manual or an expert technician before making any repairs or adjustments.
If a cap is damaged or missing, it will allow the elements to contact the retaining nut that keeps the cv shaft (if equipped) secure in the wheel hub. This may lead to corrosion or damage to the shaft threads. It may also cause the wheel to bind on the hub, making the wheel difficult to remove for service or in an emergency situation.
